— CAS today announced the addition of ShareAction’s Voting Matters 2025 scorecard to its public Scorecards platform. Developed by ShareAction and powered by CAS’s proxy voting analytics, the scorecard shows how U.S. funds and asset managers voted on 161 curated shareholder resolutions addressing environmental and social risks.
About ShareAction
ShareAction is a UK-based independent charity working to define the highest standards for responsible investment and drive their adoption worldwide. Founded in 2005, it has spent decades engaging institutional investors, asset managers, companies, and policymakers on responsible investment practices.
ShareAction’s Voting Matters research has long been one of the most important public accountability tools for understanding whether asset managers are using their shareholder voting rights to support stronger corporate action on environmental and social issues. By adding the Voting Matters analysis to its platform, CAS combines its proxy voting data with ShareAction’s decades of experience in stewardship research.
